During 6-17 July 2013, university athletes from 162 nations all over the world left their homes and headed to Kazan for the 27th Summer Universiade. Similar to the Olympics, Summer Universiade is a world-class sporting event that every university athlete dreams of joining. Along with other nations, Thailand sent 82 athletes to participate in 9 sport categories in the event.

Even though the event period lasted only two weeks, all the athletes had put a lot of efforts and had trained hard for so long, hoping to do their best in this competition. Like any other athletes, we, as one of Thailand team, would like to perform our best against other athletes and bring medals back home.
