BBA International Program would like to inform you regarding Personality Survey and Personality Workshop (aka, Understanding Self and Others Workshop)

Having an awareness of our preferences, strengths and weaknesses is essential for all students and working professionals. This awareness sets the foundation for further skills development in areas like leadership, teamwork and persuasive communication. Students learn to understand self and others through using the Myers Briggs Personality Type Inventory (MBTI).

This workshop is designed to help BBA Thammasat students:

-­          Understand their natural preferences and styles so that they make intelligent decisions in a wide range of situations

-­          Increase their understanding of others and their actions to improve ability to work effectively as a team

-­          Communicate more effectively to a wider range of people who may be very different to you

-­          Plant the seed for effective leadership development that will grow throughout their time at the Thammasat BBA program
