BBA#22 Orientation Activities -- Thammasat Student Status Registration

This is to inform that, to have Thammsat Student Status, BBA #22 students are required to register with the Office of the Registrar of Thammasat University via internet and submit required documents to the BBA International Program.  Failure to do so in the specified period will automatically result in the cancellation of Thammasat Student Status.  The details are listed as follows:

 

1.     Student Status Registration

1.1.   Visit http://web.reg.tu.ac.th/registrar/login.asp and fill in the required information to  complete  the student  profile  database  in  the  Vision  Net  System  with  the  Office of the Registrar during May 1 (9.00 a.m.) ? May 19 (4.00 p.m.), 2013.  To   get  into  the Vision  Net  System, use  10-digit  student  identification  number  as  your  username and  use  13-digit  national  identification  number  as your  password.  

1.2.   Please note that your student identification number has been posted at http://bba.bus.tu.ac.th/newview1.php?newid=507.  Upon completion, print out the completed student profile from the Office of the Registrar?s website and later hand in the printed form to the BBA International Program on May 20, 2013. 

1.3.   Report to the BBA International Program with the required documents on May 20, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Room TBS #201, TBS Building.  If you are not available on the specified date, you have to file the petition request via email stating the reasons of unavailability to bbaacademic@tbs.tu.ac.th by May 15, 2013.  Please note that this is a required procedure to get Thammasat student status.   

 

2.     Important Documents Required for Student Status Registration and for BBA Database

The required documents that need to be handed in to the BBA International Program on May 20, 2013 are listed below:

2.1.   Personal identification documents. 

The students must present the original documents to and hand in two copies of the required documents to the BBA International Program. 

2.1.1.    Thai students: National Identification Card.

2.1.2.    Foreign students: Passport.

2.2.   Printout of a completed student profile from the Vision Net System (stated in 1.1).  Please glue 2-inches photo (details are states in 2.3) to the upper right corner of the printout.

2.3.   Three 2?inches photos, and One 1?inch photo of students wearing Thammasat Uniform.

2.3.1.    Male: White shirt, blue necktie with Thammasat emblem.

2.3.2.    Female:  White short-sleeve shirt with Thammasat buttons and emblem pinned to the left side of the shirt.

2.4.   Download Application for Account Opening and Services Use by Individual of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited from at http://www.bba.bus.tu.ac.th/bba22/tu_ktb.pdf.

2.4.1.    Fill in the required information to the application form and

2.4.2.    Glue 2-inches photo (details are states in 2.3) to the upper right corner of the application form (2.4.1) and

2.4.3.    Attach one copy of national identification card (details are states in 2.1) to the application form.  

The student must staple document 2.4.1and2.4.3 together and hand them in to the BBA International Program.

2.5. One 1- inches colored photo (details are states in 2.3) for the temporary Thammasat student identification card.

2.6. Health examination form stating ?Student?s health condition is well maintained and poses no threat to the student?s well-being?.  Health examination form can be downloaded at http://www.bba.bus.tu.ac.th/bba22/tu_health.pdf.

2.7  High school certificates or diplomas and transcripts. 

2.7.1     Students graduating from public school must hand in three copies of high school transcripts stating that students are graduated high school level. 

2.7.2     Students graduating from private schools in Thailand must hand in three copies of high school transcripts that are issued by Ministry of Education. 

2.7.3     Students who attended schools overseas must hand in three copies of the certification of high school equivalence issued by Ministry of Education.  

 

If the students changed firstname and/or lastname, three copies of certification identifying the changes of names are required.  Moreover, the students must also fill in the petition request form to declare the changes of names and provide the spelling in English to the BBA International Program.  

 

Note:

Please write your 10-digit Thammasat student identification number on the upper right corner and certify true copy for all documents attached.  The original documents must be presented on the date of Thammasat Student Status Registration.    

 

Reminder:

1.     The students are required to register to get Thammasat Student Status on the specified date.

2.     If the students cannot do so on the specified date, the students must file the petition request for postponement to the BBA International Program.  However, the students must complete the student status registration process within 14 days from the first day of class of the 1st semester of academic year 2013. 

 

Documents Obtained at the End of Student Registration Procedure

 

The students will get the Temporary Thammasat Student Identification Card upon the completion of the Student Status Registration Process.
