Interview Instruction [Translated Version]

Thammasat University has announced the admissions requirements for the BBA International Program of Thammasat Business School for academic year 2013.  All applicants who are eligible for interview must comply with the following instructions.

1.          On the interview date, the applicants must report to the BBA Program with the following documents:

1.1.  A two-inch photo, taken within 6 months prior to the application date.

1.2.  The national identification card (for Thai citizens) or Passport (for non-Thais). The applicants must present the official document and its photocopy to the BBA Program. The applicants must verify true copy by signing applicants? name.

1.3.  High school certification.  The applicants must present the official document and its photocopy to the BBA Program. The applicants must verify true copy by signing applicants? name.

1.3.1.     Graduated M.6 or equivalent level.

-         Transcript.

1.3.2.     Currently enrolled in M.6 or equivalent level.

-           Grade report showing cumulative grade point average (GPA) for 5 semesters during the high school study (M.4 - first semester of M.6).

1.3.3.    Graduated high school from international school or from abroad

-           High school certificate, and

-           Transcript, and

-           Letter of certification of high school from Ministry of Education (If the applicants are in the process of requesting such letter from the Ministry of Education, please present the evidence stating that the request is received by the Ministry of Education) or Maine High School Equivalency Diploma and Official Transcript of GED Tests for General Educational Development (GED).

1.3.4.        Currently enrolled in high school from international school or from abroad.

-         Grade report showing cumulative grade point average (GPA) to date from Grade 10 onwards.

-         Letter from high school verifying graduation status.

1.4.    SMART-I score reports (Only the applicants who submit the SMART-I score for BBA admissions).

The applicants must present the official documents to the BBA Program. The Program reserves the right to withdraw applicants to the interview if they fail to submit the score reports to the Program on the interview date.

2.          The applicants MUST come for the interview on the date set by the BBA International Program.  The details are as follows:

Interview date:   Sunday, February 17, 2013

Interview time:   Morning session 8:00 a.m. ? 12:00 noon and

Afternoon session 1:00 p.m. ? 5:00 p.m.

Interview venue:  Thammasat Business School, Thammasat University, Tha-Prachan Campus

Report time for interview and venue are presented below: 

3.          The applicants who would like to request for the postponement of interview must follow the following instructions.

3.1.         The applicants unavailable for the interview on the scheduled date must send a letter requesting the change of interview date to bbathammasat@tbs.tu.ac.th by Friday, February 8, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.  The letter must state the reasonable causes of postponement and the evidence supporting the claims must be attached for BBA Program?s approval. 

The BBA Program reserves the right not to postpone the interview if there is no reasonable cause for the request.  The decision of the BBA Program is final. 

3.2.         The applicants who are currently enrolled in the school abroad and would like to have the phone interview must send a letter requesting the phone interview to bbathammasat@tbs.tu.ac.th by Friday, February 8, 2013 at 4:00 p.m.  The letter must state the reasonable causes of postponement and the evidence supporting the claims must be attached for BBA Program?s approval. 

The applicants must attach documents specified in 1.1. - 1.4. and its photocopy in the email sent to the Program.  Moreover, the applicants must attach a letter stating the enrollment status from the host institute or school, in which the applicant is attending.

The Program will inform the receipt of petition request to the applicants after the Program receives all required documents.  If the Program has not contacted the applicants by Monday, February 11, 2013, please call the BBA Program at 66-2225-2113.

The BBA Program reserves the right not to allow the phone interview if there is no evidence supporting the request.  The decision of the BBA Program is final.
