During the course of September 17th-18th, 2012, BBA Thammasat students were offered a chance to be a part of something much bigger than themselves. Kasama Jatejarungwong (Kate) and Panida Kaicanokwong (Oui) were selected as representatives from Thailand in CIMB Young Leader ASEAN Summit 2012 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The mock summit held 50 young delegates, representing all 10 members of ASEAN countries, gathering together to exchange in depth discussions debates under the theme of ?Our Next Generation: Leadership and Innovation for the New ASEAN? in order to examine the economic integration of the region.  The CIMB Young Leaders ASEAN Summit, which was modeled after the ASEAN Summit, was held for the first time through the collaboration of CIMB Foundation and CIMB ASEAN Research Institute (CARI). As if it was not generous enough, CIMB group also sponsored all participants throughout the duration of the event.
