Thammasat Student Status Registration

This is to inform that, to have Thammsat Student Status, BBA #21 students are required to register with the Office of the Registrar of Thammasat University via internet and submit required documents to the BBA International Program.  Failure to do so in the specified period will automatically result in the cancellation of Thammasat Student Status.  The details are listed as follows:

 

1.   Student Status Registration

1.1. Visit http://www.reg3.tu.ac.th/registrar/login.asp and fill in the required information to complete the student profile database in the Vision Net System with the Office of the Registrar during April 23 (9.00 a.m.) ? April 30 (4.00 p.m.), 2012.  To get into the Vision Net System, use 10-digit student identification number as your username and use 13-digit national identification number as your password.  Please note that your student identification number has been posted at http://www.bba.bus.tu.ac.th/newview1.php?newid=428.  Upon completion, print out the completed student profile from the Office of the Registrar?s website and later hand in the printed form to the BBA International Program. 

1.2. Visit http://203.131.222.84/login.aspx and fill in the required information to get the Remote Access Account.  The remote access account will provide the password to get access to the Vision Net System later.  The instruction to get the remote access account is posted on the website.  Unfortunately, the instruction provided by the University is in Thai.  If you need assistance, please contact our office at 02-225-2113.    

1.3. Report to the BBA International Program with the required documents on May 1, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Room #201 TBS Building.  If you are not available on the specified date, you have to file the petition request stating the reasons of unavailability to bbathammasat@tbs.tu.ac.th by April 27, 2012.  Please note that this is a required procedure to get Thammasat student status.    

 

2.   Important Documents Required for Student Status Registration

The required documents that need to be handed in to the BBA International Program are listed below:

2.1. Personal identification documents. 

The students must present the original documents to and hand in two copies of the required documents to the BBA International Program. 

2.1.1.     Thai students: National Identification Card.

2.1.2.     Foreign students: Passport.

2.2. Printout of a completed student profile from the Vision Net System (stated in 1.1).  Please glue 2-inches photo (details are states in 2.3) to the upper right corner of the printout.

2.3. Three 2?inches photo, and One 1?inch photo of students wearing Thammasat Uniform.

a.     Male: White shirt, blue necktie with Thammasat emblem.

b.    Female:  White short-sleeve shirt with Thammasat buttons and emblem pinned to the left side of the shirt.

2.4. Download Application for Account Opening and Services Use by Individual of Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited from www.bba.bus.tu.ac.th/upload/student/BBA21/StudentCard.pdf  

a.   Fill in the required information to the application form and

b.   Glue 2-inches photo (details are states in 2.3) to the upper right corner of the application form and

c.   Attach one copy of national identification card (details are states in 2.1) to the application form.  

The student must staple document 2.4a, b, and c together and hand them in to the BBA International Program. 

2.5. One 1- inches colored photo (details are states in 2.3) for the temporary Thammasat student identification card.

2.6. Health examination form stating ?Student?s health condition is well maintained and poses no threat to the student?s well-being?.  

2.7 High school certificates or diplomas and transcripts. 

a.     Students graduating from public school must hand in three copies of high school certificates or diplomas and transcripts stating that students are graduated high school level. 

b.    Students graduating from private schools in Thailand must hand in three copies of high school certificates or diplomas and transcripts that are issued by Ministry of Education. 

c.     Students who attended schools overseas must hand in three copies of the certification of high school equivalence issued by Ministry of Education.  

 

If the students changed firstname and/or lastname, three copies of certification identifying the changes of names are required.  Moreover, the students must also fill in the petition request form to declare the changes of names and provide the spelling in English to the BBA International Program.  

 

Note:

Please write your 10-digit Thammasat student identification number on the upper right corner and certify true copy for all documents attached.  The original documents must be presented on the date of Thammasat Student Status Registration.    

 

Reminder:

1.     The students are required to register to get Thammasat Student Status on the specified date.

2.     If the students cannot do so on the specified date, the students must file the petition request for postponement to the BBA International Program.  However, the students must complete the student status registration process within 14 days from the first day of class of the 1st semester of academic year 2012. 

 

Order of the Documents:

The required documents must be arranged in this exact order:

1.     Student Status Registration printout from the website of the Office of the Registrar.

2.     One copy of National Identification Card or Passport with signature to certify true copies.  Write 10-digit Thammasat Student Identification Number on the upper right corner of the documents. 

3.     Three copies of Certificate of Changes in Names (if any) with signature to certify true copies.  Write 10-digit Thammasat Student Identification Number on the upper right corner of the documents. 

4.     Two copies of High School Certificates with signature to certify true copies.  Write 10-digit Thammasat Student Identification Number on the upper right corner of the documents. 

5.     Health examination report.

6.     Application for Account Opening and Services Use by Individual stapled with a copy of National Identification Card or Passport with signature to certify true copies.

 

Additional Required Documents to the BBA International Program
The aforementioned documents will be forwarded to the Office of the Registrar.  The BBA International Program would like to request that the students provide additional documents to the BBA International Program.  
1. One copy of the High School Certificate or Diploma and transcript.   For students graduating from abroad, one copy of Certificate of High School Equivalence from the Ministry of Education is also required.  
2. One 2-inches photo.   

 

Documents Obtained at the End of Student Registration Procedure

 

The students will get the Temporary Thammasat Student Identification Card upon the completion of the Student Status Registration Process.
