Four years ago, as a freshman, it was our first time to acknowledge the existence of the BBA Charity Concert. As part of BBA?s 2nd Charity Concert staff, we were impressed by P?P?s for their performance in successfully organizing the event. We puzzled ourselves how possible for a group of inexperienced students able to produce such an accomplishment, and whether we would have the capability to do the same when time comes.
Towards the end of our university life, we consequently received an opportunity to have a hand-on experience in organizing a concert of 2,500 audiences. This was just like the final exam to us, to test our comprehensive skills in actual business management. In organizing a concert, we are supposed to come up with a thorough plan with details of many aspects, from accounting, financing, marketing, operations and human resource management. Obviously that we had run into many obstacles but in turn, we had learned a great deal from them, we also agreed to one thing that, a good planning is likely to reflect the outcome.
