A dynamism of international higher education signifies an intensity of globalization.  It has gained much attention from international educators and students who have a role in driving such dynamism forward.  This year the Sixth Asia-Pacific Association for International Education (APAIE) Conference & Exhibition is hosted by National Taiwan University in Taipei, Taiwan, during March 8-11, 2011.  The theme is ?Asia Pacific Education: Impacting the World.  The conference provides its participants with a platform for the effective discussion and exchange of ideas relevant to international higher education.  One of the conference highlights goes to the plenary speech on the topic of ?The Rise of Asia and the Role of Higher Education: New Platforms of Economic Growth,? delivered by Prof. Dr. Kinichi Ohmae, one of the most well-respected management gurus in the world.
