Registration for new students 2010
Dear BBA #19 students,
This is to inform that the students are required to register with the Registrar Office via the Internet and submit all registration documents to the BBA International Program. Failure to do so will automatically result in the cancellation of student status. The details are listed as follows:
§ The students must return the student registration documents to the BBA International Program by June 1, 2010 between 02:30 p.m. ? 05:30 p.m. at Multi ? Purpose II Building, Room# F?337. The required documents are as follows:
1. Copy of completed student profiles registered at www.reg.tu.ac.th by Username = Student ID No. and Password = National ID. No.

2. Three 2-inches colored photos and one 1-inch colored photo (students wearing the Thammasat University Student Uniform).
3. Completed Request form for an ATM Student ID. Card
4. Two copies of the National ID. Card (for Thai citizens) or Passport (for non-Thai citizens).
5. Health examination form stating ?your health condition is well maintained and poses no threat to the student?s well-being.?
6. Three copies of the high school certificates/ diplomas and transcripts.
Note: The students who attended overseas schools must hand in three copies of the equivalent high school certificates/ diplomas issued by Ministry of Education.
7. Three copies of the certificates/ diplomas identifying changes of the first name and last name (if any).
§ The students must visit www.reg.tu.ac.th and fill in the required student profile during May 22 - 31, 2010. Your student status will not be completed if you fail to visit the above mentioned website during the specified time period.
