On May 23, 2008 BBA (International Program) organized a welcoming orientation for the new BBA#17 students and their parents at the main auditorium of the United Nations compound. The session started off with the welcoming speech by Assoc. Prof. Gasinee Witoonchart, Dean of Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, followed by Prof. Kesree Narongdej, President of the Federation of Accounting Professions and President of BBA (International Program).
The following session was led by the BBA management team who provided all the important aspects of life as BBA students. Dr. Kulpatra Sirodom, BBA Director, kicked off the session by giving an overview of the BBA program and BBA#17 student profiles. Dr. Pantisa Pavabutr, Associate Director for Academic Affairs, covered the topics concerning rules & regulations, major selections and BBA learning/surviving experiences. Dr. Somboon Kulvisaechana, Associate Director for International Affairs, went through a topic of ?Road to Student Exchange,? providing insight into what it took to become BBA exchange ambassadors. Last but not least, Dr. Kangwan Yodwisitsak, Associate Director for Administration, concluded the session by introducing many BBA extra-curricular activities, all of which contributed to the students? future professional development.
